Residential and commercial development projects across British Columbia have varied in scope from small, localized initiatives to large-scale developments.

These projects typically encompass one or more of the following: detailed habitat and wildlife assessments, aquatic assessments, Riparian Areas Regulation (RAR) determinations, project design, regulatory communications, permitting, and the creation of mitigation and management plans.
