Wildlife Research and Inventory
Gebauer & Associates has made significant contributions to wildlife research and conservation. Our extensive work in Burns Bog, Richmond—now a regionally protected area—involved multi-year studies of key species including Sandhill Cranes, waterbirds, raptors, and songbirds.

Additional research projects have encompassed Bald Eagle and Great Blue Heron nesting success in the Lower Mainland and Sunshine Coast, American Avocet population studies in the Okanagan, impacts of forestry practices on various wildlife species groups, caribou satellite-telemetry studies in the Arctic, and shorebird distribution and population assessments in Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago.
These projects demonstrate our commitment to comprehensive ecological research and its application in conservation efforts.
