Resource management projects by Gebauer & Associates have included developing prescribed burning plans for Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park, habitat enhancements for rare wildlife species like the White-headed Woodpecker in the Okanagan, and conducting hunter harvest studies for the Meadowbank and Meliadine Gold Projects.

As part of the Port Mann Highway 1 project, species such as the Northern Red-legged Frog, Pacific Water Shrew, and Oregon Forestsnail were recovered and relocated to undisturbed areas prior to construction.
